Free HVAC leads: booked service calls, no per-lead fees.
Heating and air businesses on Callbook book more no-cool and no-heat calls in a heat wave or a cold snap than their own trucks can run. Those calls, plus requests from our customer site, go to licensed HVAC pros nearby who can take them. Every lead is free. You see the problem, the area and the window before you accept, you diagnose and quote on site, and you bill the customer directly.
- per lead, to join, per month
- $0
- flat, only when the job is done
- $30
- the customer and keep what you charge
- You bill
What a free HVAC lead means here
A lead on Callbook is not a quote request shared with five pros. It is a customer who booked a HVAC visit, gave an address and picked a time, with a business on Callbook or on our customer site, and whom that business could not cover. The job is offered to HVAC technicians and contractors nearby; the first to accept gets it. Nothing is charged for the lead. You do the work as your own company, bill the customer, and Callbook invoices you a flat $30 once the job is done. Jobs start in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, and you can apply from anywhere.

Questions
Questions HVAC technicians and contractors ask
Are these maintenance leads or real service calls?
Mostly service calls from homeowners who booked a visit because something stopped working, which is why they come with a time and an address. Maintenance visits show up too, mainly in spring and fall.
What about replacements and bigger installs?
If a visit turns into a system replacement, that is your sale to quote and close as your own company. Callbook’s fee is still the flat $30 for the completed visit, nothing more.
Do I need my own license and insurance?
Yes. You work as your own company. Callbook checks your insurance certificate before you get offers, and the customer is told your company name before you arrive.
Are the leads really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly fee and no charge per lead, whether you take the job or pass. Callbook charges a flat $30 only after a job is completed, invoiced to you with a pay-by-card link due in 7 days. No card is needed to join.
How is this different from Angi, Thumbtack or HomeAdvisor?
Pay-per-lead sites charge you for a contact whether or not you win the job, and several pros get the same lead. Here the customer has already booked a time and given an address, the first pro to accept gets the job, and you pay only when the job is done.
Where are the jobs?
Jobs come from businesses on Callbook and customers who book on our site, starting with Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA. Apply from anywhere: we text you when jobs open in your area.
How do I get paid?
Directly by the customer, the way you already do: card, check, cash, Zelle, your own invoice. Callbook never holds your money.
What do I need to join?
General liability insurance (you upload the certificate), a license where your state requires one, a background check, a smartphone that gets texts and a vehicle. Apply in about 10 minutes; we text you when you are approved.
