Callbook provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers calls, books appointments, and manages customer communications for businesses. The service includes:

- SMS notifications and confirmations
- Call recording and transcription (where enabled)
- Business dashboard and analytics
3. Account Registration
To use Callbook, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Callbook to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

- Resell or redistribute our service without permission
5. Subscription and Billing
Pricing
Callbook offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Overages
If you exceed your plan's included minutes, you will be billed for overage at the rates specified in your plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
6. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel. We reserve the right to limit trial availability.
7. Intellectual Property
Callbook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Callbook, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide to Callbook (business information, recordings, etc.). You grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our service.
9. Third-Party Services
Callbook integrates with third-party services (telephony providers, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
CALLBOOK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Callbook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
13. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
