Before founding Callbook in 2024, Michael spent 15 years at Google, where he led teams building voice AI systems including Google Voice and Google Assistant for Business. He holds a BS in Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Stanford GSB. Michael started Callbook after witnessing his father's plumbing business struggle with missed calls and lost revenue.

Sarah Johnson is the Co-Founder and CTO of Callbook. She holds a PhD in Natural Language Processing from Stanford University, where her research focused on conversational AI systems.
