Free appliance repair leads, booked and sent to your phone.
Homeowners book dryer, washer, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher repairs through appliance businesses on Callbook and on our customer site. When nobody on that team can take the call, the job goes to independent appliance technicians nearby. The lead is free. You see the appliance, the problem, the area and the time before you tap. You diagnose, quote, repair and bill the customer yourself.

What a free appliance repair lead means here
A lead on Callbook is not a quote request shared with five pros. It is a customer who booked a appliance repair visit, gave an address and picked a time, with a business on Callbook or on our customer site, and whom that business could not cover. The job is offered to appliance repair technicians nearby; the first to accept gets it. Nothing is charged for the lead. You do the work as your own company, bill the customer, and Callbook invoices you a flat $30 once the job is done. Jobs start in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, and you can apply from anywhere.

Questions
Questions appliance repair technicians ask
Do I diagnose first and quote the repair?
Yes, the way you normally would. The booking is for a diagnostic visit at a set time. You find the fault, quote the customer, and if they approve, do the repair. You can send a written quote from the job page so the price is agreed before you start.
Who buys the parts?
You do, and you bill the customer for them on your invoice. Callbook never handles parts or the customer’s payment.
Is the fee still $30 on a small repair?
Yes. The fee is a flat $30 per completed job whether the ticket is $90 or $900. If the customer declines the repair after a diagnostic visit and you charged a diagnostic fee, that is still a completed visit you billed; a job that never happens owes nothing.
Are the leads really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly fee and no charge per lead, whether you take the job or pass. Callbook charges a flat $30 only after a job is completed, invoiced to you with a pay-by-card link due in 7 days. No card is needed to join.
How is this different from Angi, Thumbtack or HomeAdvisor?
Pay-per-lead sites charge you for a contact whether or not you win the job, and several pros get the same lead. Here the customer has already booked a time and given an address, the first pro to accept gets the job, and you pay only when the job is done.
Where are the jobs?

How do I get paid?
Directly by the customer, the way you already do: card, check, cash, Zelle, your own invoice. Callbook never holds your money.
What do I need to join?
General liability insurance (you upload the certificate), a license where your state requires one, a background check, a smartphone that gets texts and a vehicle. Apply in about 10 minutes; we text you when you are approved.
