Callbook platform SMS alerts

What you can choose to receive

• Owner call alerts: caller details, a summary, and any booking after the AI answers a call to your business.
• Technician job alerts: notifications when a job is assigned or offered to you.

These are account alerts, separate from customer appointment texts and conversations with a service business. This program does not send marketing messages.

How you opt in

Sign in to your Callbook account. Owners enter their mobile number in Settings, choose “I agree to receive Callbook call alerts by text,” and save their settings. Technicians review the mobile number on their profile and turn on “I agree to receive Callbook job alerts by text” in their portal. Turning on that switch saves the technician’s choice.

SMS controls start off and require your active choice. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in to this program. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using Callbook.

Frequency, rates, and stopping alerts

Message frequency varies with your calls and jobs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or turn off SMS alerts in your account. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@getcallbook.com.

If you have replied STOP, text START to the same number to remove the carrier block before enabling alerts again.

Privacy and terms

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information to deliver the messages you request. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
