How we collect and verify stories

We do not solicit testimonials from strangers or run incentivised review campaigns.

In-product request

After a completed job, Callbook sends the account owner a brief in-product prompt inviting them to rate their recent experience and optionally write a few words.

Identity verified

We confirm the reviewer is an active Callbook account holder before any feedback is considered for publication. Anonymous or unverified submissions are not published.

Explicit permission

The customer decides what details to share — name, trade, and region — and gives explicit consent before anything appears here. They can request removal at any time.
